These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Big Little Cupcake Foundation website and services. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using our website, registering for an event, or making a donation, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

Big Little Cupcake Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing peer support groups, wellness workshops, family wellness activities, mentorship, and community resources for mothers and families. Our website provides information about these programs and lets you register for events, subscribe to updates, and make donations.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for events, make donations, or submit forms on behalf of yourself or your family. By using these features, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully or in a way that could harm us, our community, or others.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, our systems, or other users’ data.

Event registrations

When you register for an event, you agree to provide accurate information for yourself and any guests in your party. Events may have limited capacity; spaces are confirmed on a first-come basis and may be placed on a waitlist when an event is full. We may modify, reschedule, relocate, or cancel an event when necessary and will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants. Some events take place in person, and participation is at your own risk; please follow any safety guidance provided at the event.

Donations

• Processing — donations are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. By donating, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms.
• One-time and recurring — you may make a one-time donation or set up a recurring (for example, monthly) donation. Recurring donations continue until you cancel them. You can manage or cancel a recurring donation using the link provided in your donation emails, or by contacting us.
• Refunds — donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or processed incorrectly, contact us promptly and we will work with you in good faith.
• Tax receipts — Big Little Cupcake Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization, and contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We do not provide tax advice; please consult your tax advisor.

Communications and your content

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your registrations, donations, and inquiries. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time. Any information or content you submit through our forms must be your own or something you have the right to share, and you grant us permission to use it as needed to respond to you and operate our programs.

The content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Big Little Cupcake Foundation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
